BWBS continues to work with industry representatives, research organizations, and the San Francisco Bar Pilots to support implementation of AB14 and the expanded statewide program. On October 6, BWBS hosted the second virtual Technical Advisory Working Session for participating shipping lines, industry groups, and the broader maritime community. The session gathered feedback from our shipping line participants, shared updates on the 2026 Season to date, and solicited input on initial planning for the 2027 Season.
