Why Become an Ambassador?

  • BWBS provides verified data on shipping line performance and the environmental benefits of shipping lines’ cooperation in terms of: emissions, noise and air pollution and strike risk reduction.
  • Leverage your brand and followers to help amplify, and grow support for responsible shipping.
  • BWBS provides communications resources and features ambassadors in media as part of the recognition campaign.

Participant Requirements

  • Ship or work with at least one of our participating lines.​
  • Distribute letter(s) to shipping lines to either express appreciation for their participation, or to encourage enrollment.
  • Highlight your participation in relevant communications, website and social media. ​
  • Grant us use of your logo to help amplify efforts.

How to Enroll

To complete the enrollment process, please contact becca@californiamsf.org to confirm eligibility and then download, complete, and email the Participant Agreement once eligibility has been confirmed.
